Wedding cupcake



Vanilla and chocolate cake frosting with special lemon buttercream decorate with roses (handmade from white chocolate) and edible pearls, all of them can be eaten.

These are truly beautiful. The flowers are chocolate? Would you mind sharing how you made them? I am dong a tasting for wedding clients and would like to do similar. I have made some marzipan as I know these would come out similarly but I'm not a big fan of the taste. Chocolate on the other hand is right up my alley! Did you add something to it to maintain the structure? Thanks!
